Data collection
The platform may collect the following information for wellness assessment purposes:
- Personal profile information — name, phone number and/or email address, gender, date of birth, preferred language, and the province, district, and sector you enter. The app does not request access to your device's location.
- Lifestyle and wellness questionnaire responses
- Wellness scores and risk indicators generated from your responses
- Habit tracking data — your daily check-ins and streaks
- Participation in wellness programs — reminders you receive and respond to, content you view, and the organisation or program you joined through
- Technical information needed to run the service — an account identifier, a push-notification token for your device, and anonymised crash reports
This information is collected solely for the purpose of providing wellness insights and improving health awareness.
HealthPath does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Your assessment results and recommendations are wellness guidance based on the information you provide, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Data use
Collected information may be used to:
- Generate personalised wellness reports
- Provide lifestyle guidance, reminders, and educational content in your chosen language
- Improve the digital wellness platform
- Support population-level wellness insights

HealthPath does not use your data for advertising and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Data protection
HealthPath applies appropriate safeguards to protect personal information, including:
- Secure data storage systems, hosted in the European Union

Confidentiality of individual data
Individual wellness information is treated as confidential personal information.
Employers, organisations, or corporate partners do not receive access to individual-level wellness data unless explicit consent is provided by the participant. Organisation and insurer dashboards show aggregated figures only.
Aggregated corporate reporting
For corporate wellness programs, the platform may provide aggregated and anonymised reports to organisations. These reports may include:
- Overall workforce wellness scores
- Lifestyle risk trends
- Participation rates
- General health risk indicators
These reports do not identify individual participants.
Organisations using the HealthPath platform agree to respect the confidentiality of employee wellness data and to use aggregated wellness insights only for the purpose of improving workplace wellness programs.
Data sharing & service providers
HealthPath does not sell or share personal wellness data with third parties without appropriate authorisation or legal requirement.
To operate the service, HealthPath uses a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions, for example cloud hosting, push notifications, and SMS and WhatsApp delivery of the reminders you opt into. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function, such as your phone number to deliver a message, and may not use it for their own purposes.
HealthPath may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of participants or HealthPath.
Retention & deletion
Your information is kept for as long as your account is active so that you can track your progress over time and compare assessments.
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below; requests are actioned within 30 days. When an account is deleted, personal profile information, questionnaire responses, scores, and habit history are removed from the live system. Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained. Routine backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.
Your rights
Participants may have the right to:
- Access their personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of personal data where applicable
- Withdraw from participation in wellness programs at any time, without penalty
You can also change your notification channels (push, WhatsApp, SMS) and language at any time in the app, and review the Informed Consent, Medical Disclaimer, and this statement from Settings.
